Frequently Asked Questions

HR is included as part of the core platform on every plan. Leave management, payroll records, time tracking, shifts, onboarding, performance reviews, and burnout metrics come standard - no add-on required. The Recruitment module (5-stage funnel, video interviews, assessments, SCR) is also included on every plan.

Is the Marketplace included or an add-on?

The School Marketplace is included on every plan. Any school can launch a marketplace and approve sellers. The only requirement is that sellers complete Stripe verification before accepting payments - ensuring all funds flow directly to verified seller bank accounts. Your school never holds third-party funds.

What are the available add-ons?

There are two optional add-ons: Advertise School in Directory (promotes your school to parents and professionals in the E.L.A.H.A school directory) and AI Enhancement (unlocks AI-powered insights, predictive modelling, and the AI assistant across all platform modules). Both are available on any plan at any time.

Where is our data hosted?

All data is hosted in UK-based data centres. We provide a full Data Processing Agreement (DPA) and Privacy Notice for your school's GDPR records. Data is never transferred outside the UK/EEA.

How does implementation work?

We handle full data migration from your existing MIS (SIMS, Arbor, iSAMS, etc.), configure your school settings, and run staff training sessions. Growth and Enterprise plans include on-site or virtual training days.

Can we migrate existing student data?

Yes. We provide a structured migration service for student records, SEN history, assessment data, and staff records. Enterprise plans include a dedicated migration engineer.

Is there a long-term contract?

We offer annual subscriptions aligned to the academic year. Multi-year agreements are available at discounted rates for Growth and Enterprise customers.

What support is included?

All plans include a Dedicated Account Manager as your named single point of contact on day one. Support is raised via our ticket system, and your Account Manager will coordinate any calls, escalations, or on-boarding sessions needed. Growth plans receive priority ticket handling. Enterprise plans include a full SLA, on-site training, and a dedicated migration engineer.
